Intense and balanced nose. Hints of violet can be noted.
Accompaniments: pizza, hors d’oeuvres, pasta, soft cheeses and white meats.

Fiano

Golden yellow colour. Intense and balanced nose.
Hints of white fruit, and green nuts can be noted and an aromatic finish.

Falanghina

Golden yellow colour. Intense and balanced nose. Hints of white fruit, and green nuts can be noted and an aromatic finish.

Coda di Volpe

Golden yellow. Intense and balanced nose. Hints of exotic fruit and banana.

Ortice Oil

Mono-varietal, typical of the Benevento hills. Greenish-yellow in colour, fruity with bitter and spicy hints, hints of herbs and tomato.

Passito

Golden Yellow colours; intense and balanced nose, hints of spice and fruit can be noted, excellent intensity that is not only sweet, but has a consistent acidity.
